Colorado’s Governor Jared Polis has proclaimed Saturday, March 20, 2021 as MeatOut Day. To honor this most compassionate proclamation, we want to celebrate the incredible plant-based culinary pleasures that are available to each and every one of us.

Since its launch in 1985, more than 35 million Americans have explored a plant-based diet and reduced their consumption of meat, dairy, and eggs. MeatOut has grown into the world’s largest annual grassroots educational campaign dedicated to removing meat, and more, from our plates. What will you do?
